Determination of lead, cadmium, zinc, copper and iron by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) with Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) and determination of mercury by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (CVAAS) in all food, except fats, oils and other extremely fatty products.
