Basic knowledge of HACCP in "Veze Shari"
On February 1, 2024 (Thursday), representatives from the Institute of Public Health of RNM - prof. Gordana Ristovska MD, prof. Mihail Danev MD, and Dzhansun Bukovec MD, held training on basic knowledge of HACCP for the employees of "Veze Shari", a renowned food production brand.
Institute of Public Health continues with trainings for the application of standards in the field of food safety, HACCP and promotion of the health of the population.
